1. Operator and contact

PokerDesk is operated by MN River Invest GmbH, Meidlinger Hauptstraße 7–9/EG 8, 1120 Wien, Austria. Company register FN 614415 b, Handelsgericht Wien. Managing director: Martin Nielsen.

2. What PokerDesk provides

PokerDesk provides live-poker tournament information and planning tools. It may also show travel, accommodation, activity, training, calendar, or other relevant resources. Unless PokerDesk expressly says otherwise, those resources are provided by independent third parties.

PokerDesk is not a gambling operator, does not accept tournament entries or wagers, and does not hold player funds. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, immigration, medical, or individualized travel advice. A displayed plan is an organizational aid, not a booking or a guarantee of entry.

The current public planning and account functions are offered without a direct PokerDesk fee. Independent third parties may charge for their own products or services. Separate terms will be presented before PokerDesk introduces a paid service.

3. Tournament and travel information

PokerDesk aims to use trustworthy sources and to identify official sources where practical. Tournament schedules, structures, registration windows, venues, prices, travel availability, entry requirements, and third-party terms can change, including at short notice. Always confirm time-sensitive or material details with the organizer or relevant provider before paying, travelling, or entering an event.

PokerDesk does not invent missing tournament details. An omission does not mean an event or condition does not exist, and a source timestamp is not a promise that the organizer has made no later change.

4. Accounts and saved information

You may use public planning functions without an account. If you use an account, provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify PokerDesk promptly if you believe the account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Some plans and preferences are saved only in your browser unless you deliberately save them to an account. Clearing browser data, changing device, or using private browsing may remove browser-only information. You should keep your own copy of information that is important to you.

You retain any rights you have in plan names, notes, preferences, and other information you provide. You permit MN River Invest GmbH to host, copy, and process that information only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and lawfully operate PokerDesk under these terms and the privacy notice.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use PokerDesk unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person;
• attempt to bypass access controls, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service;
• use automated access in a way that overloads, disrupts, or materially degrades PokerDesk;
• upload or transmit malicious code, deceptive content, or content you have no right to use;
• misrepresent affiliation with PokerDesk, an organizer, or another person.

Reasonable personal use of public information and ordinary search-engine indexing are not prohibited by this section. Separate written permission may be required for bulk republication or commercial use of PokerDesk's original presentation or software.

6. Third-party services and affiliate links

External organizers, hotels, airlines, travel sites, training providers, calendars, and other services control their own products, availability, prices, contracts, and data practices. Their terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. PokerDesk is not responsible for performing a contract between you and an independent third party.

Some outbound links may be affiliate links. If you take an eligible action, MN River Invest GmbH may receive a commission, normally without increasing the price shown to you. A commercial relationship does not change PokerDesk's duty not to fabricate availability, pricing, or partnerships.

7. Intellectual property

PokerDesk's original software, design, branding, and editorial material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Tournament organizer names, event names, trademarks, logos, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Naming or linking to an organizer does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless PokerDesk expressly says so.

8. Availability and changes

PokerDesk may correct information, change or discontinue functions, perform maintenance, and suspend access needed to protect users or the service. It does not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location. Where practical, material changes will be introduced without unnecessarily disrupting saved information.

9. Responsibility and liability

You remain responsible for tournament, financial, travel, and other decisions you make using PokerDesk. To the extent permitted by law, MN River Invest GmbH is not liable for a third party's schedule change, cancellation, refusal of entry, price, availability, act, omission, or independent service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights. Any further liability is determined under applicable law.

10. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using PokerDesk at any time. You may request deletion of account data by following the data deletion instructions. PokerDesk may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, abuse, security risk, or a material breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.

11. Law and changes to these terms

Austrian law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Statutory rules determine which courts have jurisdiction; these terms do not impose an exclusive venue where that would be unlawful.

PokerDesk may update these terms for legal, security, or service changes. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way. Continued use after an update takes effect is subject to the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
